Порядок и условия оплаты

1. Ежемесячное списание за подключенные услуги происходит автоматически первого числа месяца в 0 час 00 мин;

2. Ежемесячные счета на оплату за подключенные услуги выставляются первым числом месяца;

3. Ежемесячные акты за оказанные подключенные услуги выставляются последним числом месяца;

4. Счета и акты высылаются по e-mail с последующей передачей оригинала заранее оговоренным способом:

- почтой, обычным письмом;

- нарочно, в офисах компании;

- курьером, в офис абонента (оплачивается дополнительно);

- онлайн, с использованием ЭЦП.

5. Доступ к услугам абонента блокируется при наступлении отрицательного баланса его лицевого счета;

6. Во избежании блокировки доступа к услугам счет абонента "кредитуется" на сумму одного ежемесячного платежа.
